I spent years in car sales. And I saw the same thing every time: people didn’t trust me, no matter how transparent I was. The distrust is structural. It’s the role, not the person.
Then I started helping friends and family negotiate their own car deals, standing with them instead of across from them. They were happier. I was happier. So I decided to turn it into a business.
